Salvor off Jersey City. The Cape Wendy is 270' long x 52' wide. She was drawing 14 1/2 ft. She waqs loaded with 4,000 tons of shredded steel and the barge comes in at just over 2,300 tons and the Salvor pushed her against the flood at better than 6 kts.
