In August 2005, we left Boston with a small deck barge and towed her to Charleston, SC. The route took us from Boston Harbor, through Mass Bay, cape Cod bay, the Cape Cod Canal, Buzzards Bay, Rhode Island, Block Island and Long Island Sounds, the East River through NYC back to sea along the NJ and DelMarVa coast and then iside at the Chesapeake and down the Intracoastal Waterway from Norfolk, VA to Charleston, SC.
