Regular Full-time Intracoastal Transportation, Inc Employee
A regular full-time employee is an employee who is regularly scheduled
to work 30 or more hours per week. Regular full-time employees are eligible

receive time-off benefits on a prorated basis according to the percentage
of a full work week they are regularly scheduled to work.

hours per week are eligible for reduced benefits. Employees who work less
than 20 hours per week are not eligible for most employee benefits. The
Employee Benefits Handbook outlines the level of benefits for these employees.
An employee who changes from part-time to full-time status is eligible
for employee benefits as a newly hired full-time employee as of the status
change date.
Employees who occasionally work more than 30 hours per week, such as during
school holidays or during the summer, remain classified as part-time employees
and are not eligible for benefits.
