AT WILL EMPLOYMENT

Intracoastal Transportation, Inc maintains an "at will" employment relationship with its employees. The "at will" employment relationship establishes for both the employee and Intracoastal Transportation, Inc the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason, with or without advance notice, and with or without cause.

Nothing contained in this policy manual, or any other personnel materials which may be issued, creates a binding contract of employment or other obligation or liability by Intracoastal Transportation, Inc. Except for the at will provision contained in this handbook, Intracoastal Transportation, Inc reserves the right to change the policies and procedures at any time for any reason.

Only the president or CEO have the authority to enter into any agreement that modifies this policy, and any modification must be done in writing, signed by the president or CEO.
