AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POLICY


In an effort to build a diverse workforce that reflects Intracoastal Transportation, Inc's work communities, Intracoastal Transportation, Inc adheres to an Affirmative Action Program. The Affirmative Action Program aims to achieve and maintain compliance with all related federal, state, and local regulations.

Human Resources is responsible for updating the Affirmative Action Program on an annual basis. Employees may review or request a copy of the program plan from Human Resources.

Alleged illegal discrimination complaints are reviewed by the appropriate Human Resources staff member as soon as they are reported. Intracoastal Transportation, Inc management is required to notify Human Resources of any incident of alleged illegal discrimination reported to them by an employee(s). Reports and investigations of discrimination concerns are treated with confidentiality. Intracoastal Transportation, Inc does not engage in, nor tolerate retaliation by its employees against those who bring allegations of discrimination to the attention of Human Resources or any other member of Intracoastal Transportation, Inc management.
